This 6 foot DIY Fall Balloon Garland kit includes:
--an assortment of 11” latex balloons in white, clear with gold confetti dots (printed on), gold chrome, sage green** and slate blue **(this look is achieved by "layering" two balloons, one inside the other, to create this special shade of green and blue**(see below for special instructions),
--a plastic decorator strip
--a dual hand pump
--instructions included; time is estimated at about 45-60 minutes to complete 6-8 feet of garland, can be made 1-2 days in advance if inflated with air
Balloons will ship flat. This is a DIY kit to be put together by consumer. Sage and slate balloons will already come layered, to use just inflate with hand pump as normal and tie off ends. Only the inside balloon tail needs to be tied, and it's ready to go!
Keep away from children and pets. Discard broken balloons immediately.
