My copy is sealed with David Stremme on one side and Kurt Busch DS18/27 visible on the other.
What Ive learned about this item because it has been hard to track down: 2007 National you see on Stremme card is an exclusive parallel that was given away during the 2007 National Sports Collectors Convention. There isnt any other identifiable factors on the wrap which supports it not being something given away as retail. Insert sets rarely, if ever, sold as complete sets. This research could be wrong but this is what I am under the impression for it to be.
